The Louisiana Stars Drum and Bugle Corps is an Open Class competitive junior drum and bugle corps based in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Founded in 2013, the Louisiana Stars is a rare bird, in that the corps was founded at and is co-sponsored by the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. Instructed by a staff of music educators and professional musicians, the corps was approved by Drum Corps International (DCI) as one of six new or returning corps to join the 2014 DCI summer tour.

In 2014 and '15, the corps marched only four and five shows, ending their season with their Drums Across Cajun Field home show.

Louisiana Stars made their first trip tp the DCI Open Class World Championships in Michigan City, Indiana in 2016 and made Finals, placing ninth of sixteen corps. The corps was then 31st of 38 corps in DCI World Class prelims in Indianapolis.

In 2017, the Stars were named the "Most Improved Open Class Corps" after placing sixth in Open Class Finals, and they were 28th in World Class.

The 2020 season was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The corps remained inactive for the non-competitive 2021 season but returned t the field for 2022.

Following the 2022 season, the corps announced a search for a new corps director. All activity ceased after that.
