Phenom is an Open Class competitive junior corps based in Tempe, Arizona.

Phenom was founded in 2013 as a low-cost summer marching band available to all without regard for socio-economic status, The unit entered Drum Corps International's (DCI) SoundSport competition in 2014.

Since 2015, the group has been sponsored by the Arizona Academy of the Performing Arts, which also sponsors The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps.

In 2017, Phenom traveled to the SoundSport International Music & Food Festival held in Indianapolis in conjunction with the DCI World Championships. The group received a Gold rating, SoundSport's highest.

In 2020, Phenom was approved to compete as an Open Class corps, but the season was cancelled by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the effects of the pandemic lingered. the corps made the decisio0n to remain inactive for the 2022 season.  Although no future announcements have been made, the corps did not return for the 2023 season.
