The Ambassadeurs drum & bugle corps was originally formed as the “Corps de clairons de l'École supérieure” drum and bugle band in 1945.
In the fall of 1960, the corps was reorganized the Ambassadeurs drum and bugle corps and entered the field of competition in 1961 and 1962.
They disbanded in 1963. From the ashes of the corps originated the Sphinx drum & bugle corps.
