" THE BELLAIRES, BELLMAWR, N.J.

Organized in 1957 as the Bellmawr Cadets Junior Drum & Bugle Corps, Inc, the Bellaires have competed the past three seasons with the National Association of Junior Drum & Bugle Corps. They have competed in parades and contest in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.

Starting with a small corps in both size and stature, they have been progressing each year. The coming season should show a marked improvement. They are under the direction of John B. Drummond, assisted by Don Adair, on horns; Gene Bunting as rookie horn; Hugh McGinness on drums, and Fred Ekardt doing the M&M work.

Uniforms consists of gold trimmed tan trousers with maroon satin blouses and maroon shakos with gold plumes.

Plans for the coming season include enlarging the size of the competing unit and participating in the American circuit Round Robin of the National Association.

The Bellaires will be available for parades and contests or exhibitions. Arrangements can be made through the director, John B. Drummond ... Bellmawr, N.J."
